Services used - Fractional laser for acne scarring and hair removal

I've been getting the above services for a few months now. I can safely say that my acne scarring is starting to disappear, the results have been amazing! Susan is a lovely person and we have some good chats during the treatment. She provides a great service with a smile; I'm glad I chose this business.

I discovered Susan's laser clinic a few years ago and she's now the only person I trust with my face. I had really dark pigmentation on my face from several trips abroad with no suncream as well as numerous broken blood vessels which creams and micro needing couldn't touch. After a couple of treatments my skin is now clear and feels much fresher and brighter.
Susan is really knowledgeable and only recommends treatments that would work with my skin. The salon is spotless and I trust her completely.
Really happy with the results and the experience in general.

Susan is so kind and understanding. I'm having facial hair removal and seeing great results with it. In fact, it's so good that I recommended Susan and her laser magic to my husband who has had the red veins on his nose zapped away too. I've had IPL on my face in the past at a beauty clinic that didn't work, this is proper laser treatment that will remove hairs for good. Ive just finished a course of 6 treatments with the fractional Lazer for skin rejuvenation and acne scarring. I had moderate acne pitting on my face from cystic acne as a teenager and had tried everything to try and boost the collagen in my skin and plump up the scars. From the first to last fractional laser session, Susan was absolutely fantastic; very professional and knowledgeable but also very kind and friendly. Her home studio is set up beautifully and kept so clean. I can already see improvements in my skin and have had lots of compliments on my skin looking smoother. I’m very much looking forward to seeing the improvement in my skin over the next 6 months and will definitely be returning for future treatments to keep my skin looking fresh. After 18 months of deliberating many different kinds of anti-ageing and skin rejuvenation treatments, I came across The Laser Clinic in Morpeth. On my first visit, I was warmly welcomed by Susan in the most beautiful countryside setting, with a stylish, contemporary clinic. She immediately put me at ease, completing a thorough consultation, and discussing the outcomes and expectations I was hoping to achieve through a course of RF Microneedling. During my first treatment, Susan explained every step of the process and ensured I was comfortable throughout. She is highly professional and knowledgeable, and provided lots of information regarding aftercare to help maximise the results. I've had courses of two different types of laser treatment with Susan (for hair removal and rosacea) and have been really happy with the results of both. Susan is very knowledgeable, personable and professional, and I'd really recommend this clinic to anyone. I was referred by a friend and I'd send my friends to her too. Superb Experience from the minute I arrived. Susan was extremely professional and described each treatment available in meticulous detail. We discussed options and I had Radio Frequency Microneedling.

I found Susan over a year ago, looking for a way to slow down the aging process. I turn 40 this year and started looking after my skin too late. Now I come and see Susan for regular treatments of the radiofrequency micro needling on my face and neck. I love this treatment, because it feels a more natural process, causing my skin to produce its own collagen after the treatment as it heals. The downtime is nothing, my face is a little red that day but the next day I am back to normal so no one knows I have had it done. I love the feel of the treatment when I am having it done, I love the look of my skin now it is being maintained by Susan and I just feel better knowing I am doing something good for my skin. I have got rid of all the fancy moisturisers and I just use one moisturiser that agrees with my skin and a sun screen and I invest the rest of my money in this treatment, because it starts from the deeper inside layers of my skin. I wish I had started this in my twenties. Susan is so lovely as well, I trust my face with her completely.

Susan is lovely, explained what treatment I would need and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I particularly liked the rural location, as I'm not sure I would be as confident or relaxed going into a town centre environment. I had laser treatment on some red prominent veins on my nose and hair removal on my chin ( I've had a fear of being in an accident and waking up with a beard 😂, so decided to deal with it in a more permanent way) I would definitely give 5* rating and highly recommended The Laser Clinic Morpeth

Having suffered from acne scarring since my teenage years (I'm 47 now), I finally decided to do something about it. I was put in touch with Susan from The Laser Clinic and have just had my sixth and final laser treatment with her. I was incredibly nervous to start with, but she soon put me at ease and answered any questions I had. Six months on and my skin is much, much better and have been told it will continue to improve even further as a result of my specific treatment.

Have recently had some laser treatment at the Laser Clinic and I am so happy with the results. I had treatment for some facial pigmentation and thread vein removal, it has made a huge difference and would highly recommend it. Susan made me feel at ease from the start and answered any questions I had, she couldn’t have been nicer. The clinic is in a lovely, quiet, discreet location which is great as my face as expected was a bit red after the treatment, I would have hated to have to walk through town. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Laser Clinic, definitely 5 stars.
